Applicants must confirm they:
– Understand the expectations of being a genuine student.
– Acknowledge visa rules and notify the Department of Home Affairs of any changes.
– Recognize that only some students can stay permanently, and those ineligible must leave after their studies.

English Language Proficiency Changes:

As of early 2024, Australia is increasing English test score requirements:
– Temporary Graduate visas: IELTS 6.5 (up from 6.0)
– Student visas: IELTS 6.0 (up from 5.5)
– ELICOS: IELTS 5.0 (up from 4.5)
– University pathway programs: IELTS 5.5
